What does it take to create one?
What can be a feasible functional architecture to develop one?
Do we need a physical architecture also for the deployment?
How can we develop a cost effective solution with open source tools?

Hemal, i will be posting series of articles on different open source technologies. which when grouped together can create a video ad network platform. and same technologies can be used to solve many problems.
