Krishnakumar Natarajan – CEO, IT Services, Mindtree Consulting
Raman Roy – Chairman & MD, Quatrro BPO Solutions
Sashi Reddi – Founder, chairman and CEO of AppLabs,
Vishal Gondal – Founder & Director – IndiaGames Ltd
Dhruv Shringi – Founder/ Director – Yatra Online
as the main speakers, who talked about their experience and the journey.
success is success till the time you don’t achieve it, till then it is always a failure, this is what Raman said, i am for it. And then people talk about their decisions , their strategy, what took them there. when you achieve success, all your past decision looks like the best decision you could have taken, because you can see the results now, but these decisions might not always work everywhere.
best thing is the ability to make correct decisions. but who’s going to teach us, how to do that ?
Scrap it… too much of philosophy..
want to start on your own…. follow this..
1> You have to be street smart (JUGADU as Vishal Puts it)
2> Be Lean and Mean
3> Ready to do Bulshitting….
So You are a technocrat, with fandu innovative idea and wants to start on your own…
then learn bulshitting… and if you are weak in it, forget the scrap or do partnership with some one who really knows how to bulshit… forget that you can hire good people for bulshitting, ‘cuz these people will kick your butt any time.
And if you know how to bulshit, form a team, get some techies on the roll and run.
BULLSHITTING: Having a great idea and selling your dreams to everyone, i mean everyone: your investors, VC’s, Share holders, Bosses, Clients, Media, Managers, Developers, Testers, Parents, Friends, New Employee… and almost to everyone in the vicinity.
Can you imagine how are you going to do that, one idea so many people, only way out, Bulshit.
